Ground floor in the future 2050

The project examines the seam zone between Jaffa and Tel Aviv, in an attempt to respond to these questions by analyzing future scenarios for the ground floor. It describes dealing with public space to empty and break up the street and to offer an alternative planning grid collage which connects the old urban and crowded building whose height penetrates and violates public space on the ground floor. Relations between the two systems produce continuous open land that contains a variety of cultural spaces for recreational activities such as education, creativity and commercial to offer a new public infrastructure.
